How much does shipping cost?

We know how frustrating it is to get to checkout and suddenly see an extra $10 for shipping — so we’ve made it absolutely free for NZ-wide express overnight delivery.

Can I make a change to my order?

We don't allow cancellations or changes to orders once placed.

How long is shipping?

Orders within New Zealand arrive in 1-3 business days, with rural deliveries expecting to take a few days longer. 

 

You’ll get an NZPost tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

How can I get an invoice?

Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email with your invoice attached. (Sometimes they can show up in spam folders so be sure to check this too.)

Do you offer returns if I don't like it?

Online shopping can be tricky, so we offer 30-day returns on all Inflato items.

 

As long as everything is in working order and in the same condition as when you received it, we can happily provide an exchange/refund.

 

If this isn't the case, have a read of our refund policy or reach out to our customer care team who will be more than happy to help.
