We offer shipping within New Zealand using NZPost. Standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns and refunds. We accept returns for faulty items within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless stated otherwise.
