Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Inflato. We’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

⏳ Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalised items

📦 How to Start a Return

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Refunds for gifts will be returned to the original purchaser.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 14 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your funds, please email support@inflato.co.nz.


🧾 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • It is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.


Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
